ABOUT STAMULLEN
Stamullen is located just off the M1 motorway, linking on to the M50. There are excellent public transport facilities, including the nearby Gormanston train station. Balbriggan and Skerries are also close, providing social and sporting facilities, together with shopping opportunities, and the larger towns of Drogheda and Navan are within easy reach.
There is a special attraction about this picturesque rural village set on the borders of Counties Meath and Dublin. The peace and tranquility of life in the countryside is combined with excellent transport links to Dublin City Centre and Dublin Airport.
The village is located close to the Irish Sea, and the long and beautiful beaches which are a feature of this part of the country.

Wall Estates Ltd IAVI was set up by Ailish Wall MIAVI and Ian Wall in May 2006.
Prior to setting up Wall Estates Ltd, Ailish had worked for many years in other estate agency practices In Dublin City Centre and North County Dublin, where she has gained valuable experience and knowledge of the property market.
Wall Estates Ltd IAVI is a member of the Irish Auctioneers Valuers Institute. The IAVI is a self-regulatory body for the property profession; the IAVI has stringent entry and practice standards for the protection of the public, as well as the profession. Strict membership criteria ensure that individuals practice to the highest standard. All its members are bound by Rules of Conduct as a condition of membership.
